I’m a solid 8/10 and I ordered an XL. It’s a little snug around my ribcage, but it’s called a waist trainer so that’s expected. But everywhere else it’s great. I just had surgery so I’m swollen so I’m considering the XXL and then having this one as a backup. Great for $25! I’ve paid 3x that for lesser garments.
